JFuller Consulting LLC provides professional collision reconstruction, consulting, and training services grounded in real-world investigative experience and technical analysis.
With extensive experience in law enforcement and collision investigation, Jinger Fuller brings a practical perspective to complex collision cases. Her background includes collision reconstruction, crash investigation, vehicle damage analysis, event data recorder analysis, and advanced physics and momentum analysis.
She has been a Certified Drug Recognition Expert (DRE #24675) since 2015 with experience in alcohol and drug impairment investigations and courtroom testimony.
Jinger is a Master Collision Reconstructionist through TEEX, an ACTAR-accredited traffic accident reconstructionist. She has been involved in collision reconstruction since 2012 and has experience investigating and analyzing a wide range of serious and complex collisions.
My Approach

My approach is to combine scene evidence, vehicle evidence, physical evidence, data, human factors and physics to develop a clear and scientifically supported understanding of what occurred.
Whether assisting an attorney with case review, providing an independent reconstruction analysis, or teaching advanced reconstruction concepts, my goal is to make complex technical information accurate, understandable, and useful.
